Savoury S’mores
Who said S’mores are only for camping? Have fun on your next family night in with thes Savoury S’mores.
Ingredients
Unicorn Cheese cheese of your choice
Ritz crackers
Thinly sliced prosciutto
Honey
Method
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Arrange 6-8 crackers on the tray and top with a slice of prosciutto and a triangle of cheese on each.
Place in the grill for around 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt and slightly scorch.
Remove from grill, drizzle with honey and finish by topping each S‘more with a final cracker.
