Whipped Triple Cream Brie
A fun take on a regular cheese and crackers.
Ingredients
2x 125g Triple Cream Brie
Pistachios, roughly chopped
Honey
Fresh or toasted baguette (for dipping)
Method
Cut off the brie rind with a knife or cheese plane, chop into chunks and place into a standing mixer.
Blitz until a creamy paste forms (about a minute or two on high speed).
Plate up and serve with chopped pistachios, a generous drizzle of honey and a toasted baguette for dipping.
