Whipped Triple Cream Brie

A fun take on a regular cheese and crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2x 125g Triple Cream Brie

  • Pistachios, roughly chopped

  • Honey

  • Fresh or toasted baguette (for dipping)

Method

  • Cut off the brie rind with a knife or cheese plane, chop into chunks and place into a standing mixer.

  • Blitz until a creamy paste forms (about a minute or two on high speed).

  • Plate up and serve with chopped pistachios, a generous drizzle of honey and a toasted baguette for dipping.
