Bloody Mary Toppers

Savoury, zesty and a whole lot of fun. Here is how to make the ultimate bloody mary with a with a cheese skewer that steals the show.


Ingredients

  • 125g wheel of Chilli Brie Unicorn Cheese

  • 240ml tomato juice 

  • ½ a lemon, juiced

  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 dashes hot sauce

  • Optional: 30ml vodka

  • Salt Rim: 1/2 tsp celery salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Garnish: Cubed Unicorn Cheese Chilli Brie, celery stick, lemon wedge, green olives, pickle spear, bacon, cherry tomato & parsley

Method

Toppers

  1. Prepare your toppers by cutting the chilli brie into cubes.

  2. Skewer the brie, green olives, pickled onions, bacon, cherry tomato and gherkin onto a cocktail skewer.

Bloody Mary Mix

  1. Prep the salt rim: Combine 2 tbsp salt with 1 tsp each of paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.

  2. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a mason jar or pint glass, then dip the rim into the seasoning mix to coat.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Add *vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt and black pepper.

  5. Stir the mix using a celery stick.

  6. Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, bacon, parsley and the cheese skewer.
