Campfire Skillet Baked-Brie

Ingredients
125g Double brie
Honey, for drizzling
Pomegranate + blackberries
Pecans, roughly chopped
Fresh thyme + rosemary
Sea salt + cracked pepper
Bread or crackers
Method
Score the brie and give it a generous drizzle of honey. Place it honey-side down into a preheated cast iron pan, then flip.
Honey-side down into a hot cast iron pan, then turn it over and pile on blackberries, pomegranates, pecans, and herbs.
Let it warm through until perfectly melty.Serve straight from the pan with crusty bread or crackers and dive in.
