Campfire Skillet Baked-Brie

Nothing says the weekend like a packed car, a coastal drive and unwinding by a crackling campfire. Elevate the camp kitchen with skillet-baked brie. Made for golden hour and to be shared.

Ingredients

  • 125g Double brie

  • Honey, for drizzling

  • Pomegranate + blackberries

  • Pecans, roughly chopped

  • Fresh thyme + rosemary

  • Sea salt + cracked pepper

  • Bread or crackers

Method

  1. Score the brie and give it a generous drizzle of honey. Place it honey-side down into a preheated cast iron pan, then flip.

  2. Honey-side down into a hot cast iron pan, then turn it over and pile on blackberries, pomegranates, pecans, and herbs.
Let it warm through until perfectly melty.

  3. Serve straight from the pan with crusty bread or crackers and dive in.

Watch it come together here!
