Pear & Brie Skewers

Ingredients
Cocktail Skewers
2 Pears
1 x 125g Double Brie
Approx. 2 cups Rocket
Approx. 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
Balsamic Vinegar (to drizzle)
Method
Cut pears into approx. 2cm cubes, removing the seeds and stem.
Cut the double brie cheese into similar-sized, approx. 2cm cubes.
Take a cocktail skewer, and thread a piece of pear, a handful of arugula, and a piece of cheese onto it.
Place skewer on a platter and repeat until all of the brie and pears are used up.
Firmly stick a few pieces of chopped walnuts into the brie cheese
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the skewers and enjoy!
