Pear & Brie Skewers

Ingredients

  • Cocktail Skewers

  • 2 Pears

  • 1x 125g Double Brie

  • Approx. 2 cups Rocket

  • Approx. 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped

  • Balsamic Vinegar (to drizzle)

Method

  1. Cut pears into 1/2-inch cubes, remembering to remove seeds and stem.

  2. Cut the double brie cheese into similar-sized, 1/2-inch cubes.

  3. Take a cocktail skewer, and thread a piece of pear, a handful of arugula, and a piece of cheese onto it.

  4. Place skewer on a platter and repeat until all of the cheese and pears are used up.

  5. Firmly stick a few pieces of chopped walnuts into the brie cheese

  6. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the skewers and enjoy!
