Peach & Pecan Baked Brie for Easy Summer Entertaining

Sweet peaches, toasty pecans, and a gooey centre that’s made for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 125g Camembert

  • 2-3 x Peaches (jam or preserves work in a pinch)

  • Pecans (or swap for walnuts if that’s what you’ve got)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Fresh thyme (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C

  2. Line a small baking dish with baking paper and pop the brie in. Lightly score the top of the rind in a soft diagonal pattern, just enough to help everything melt together.

  3. Spoon over the chopped peaches and pecans, drizzle with 2–3 tablespoons of honey, and finish with a gentle sprinkle of cinnamon.

  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until warm and gooey. Finish with thyme if you like and serve with crackers, fresh bread or crostini.
