Double Brie & Smoked Ham Filled Omelette
Ingredients
- 1 x 150g Unicorn Classic Double Brie Wedge 
- 6 Eggs 
- 1 Cup Milk 
- Butter 
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley 
- 100g Smoked Ham 
Method
Makes two omelettes
- In a bowl add eggs, milk, salt & pepper to taste and beat well. Add in the chopped parsley. 
- In a large frying pan add a tablespoon of butter, when it starts bubbling add in half the egg mixture to cover the pan and cook through. Add the sliced smoked ham and top with slices of Unicorn Double Brie through the middle. Put pan under grill for 3-4 minutes, when cooked fold in edges and repeat the process for the second omelette. 
- Serve with toast & a rocket salad.
