Ingredients

  • Unicorn Cheese Classic Camembert or Lactose Free Camembert

  • 6 fresh figs

  • A few sprigs of fresh thyme (chopped)

  • 3 tbsp runny honey

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

  2. Slice the top off of each fig (stalk end) to create a little hat. We’ve used a zig zag pattern for some extra detail. Use a paring knife to cut an "X" in the top of each fig, stopping about 2/3 of the way down.

  3. Gently stuff each fig with a piece of camembert. Sprinkle with thyme.

  4. Place the stuffed figs on a lined baking tray. Top with a drizzle of honey and bake for about 8-10 minutes, until warm and the cheese is beginning to soften.

  5. Serve immediately, with bread or on their own, and devour (skin and all)!
